A one bedroom apartment avaliable to rent ,which is furnised to a high standard with all mod cons. The apartment can sleep 4 comfortably with the use of the sofa bed.
The apartment is a short stroll from the busy centre of Parlimni, where many bars, restaurants and shops can be found. The nearest beach is a short 5 minute drive away. An ideal place to stay in order to explore the beautiful island of Cyprus.
Below you will find the availability for our apartment, N/A in a date box indicates that there is no availability for that night. R indicates that thier is a reservation awaiting deposit. This is updated with every reservation.
Prices for the applicable weeks can be found under the availability section. There are 4 bands which are divided by colour. If a stay goes over 2 bands and is a week or longer we will calculate the price using the tarrif with the most number of days in it, for example, 3 nights in orange, 4 nights in red, the rate will be calculated using the red price band.

services and prices
All prices listed below are valid until the end of January 2009. We have arranged 4 price bands to help keep things simple. The prices are not inclusive of any discounts that may be offered. Rental periods can start on any day of the week during any of the seasons.
Our minimum rental period is 2 nights, during high season this will be dependent on existing bookings
In addition to the rates stated below, a charge of £30.00 is applicable to cover cleaning of the apartment and linen prior to arrival.This charge is regardless of the length of rental.
All towels and bedding are supplied by us, however we ask that you have your own beach towels and not to use the bath towels at the swimming pool.
There is a washing machine available in the apartment at no extra charge
If you do not want to rent a car, our agents can collect you from Larnaca airport. The return trip is 75 euros. This is cheaper than a taxi and a more personal service. We do however reccomend car hire. Should you wish to use Paphos airport the return transfer fee will be 145 euros as the journey time is in excess of 2.5 hours
We can also arrange a convenient welcome package, The fee for this service is £15 and includes 1 sliced loaf, butter, jam, eggs, bacon, sugar, milk, coffee, english tea bags, orange juice, bottle sparkling water, large bottle still water, and a bottle of wine. Other items can be added on request and charged accordingly. Our agents are available and can arrange the following
- champagne on ice
- chocolates
- local car hire
- personal taxi service provided by our english agents

band 2 £175.00 per week or £25.00 per day
band 3 £205.00 per week or £30.00 per day

Check-in, Check-out
The apartment will be available to check in from 3pm on the day of arrival, check out is at 11am on the day of departure.
Depending on other bookings, it maybe possible to arrange an earlier check in on you day of arrival. This will only be confirmed 1 week prior to departure and will incure an additional charge of £10. For a late check out speak to our agents in Cyprus approx 24 hours before depature for confirmation and to pay the 15 euro fee. Each booking will be dealt with on an individual basis. Any flight delays on the day cannot be accommmodated due to agent notification.
Booking proceedure
once you have conformation that the period you want is available we will ask you to pay a 25% deposit.
Along with the final balance we will also ask for £100 damage limitation payment. This will be refunded in full on your return, providing repairs/replacements are not required. This is seperate from the cost of your holiday. If the booking is within 6 weeks of departure the full balance is due immediately. If outside 6 weeks we will invoice you for the amount due on the appropraite date.
Cancellation proceedure
Once you have paid the 25% deposit, it is non refundable should you decide to cancel.
If you have paid the full balance and are within 6 weeks of departure refunds are as follows
5 weeks - 80% refund of the balance paid
4 weeks - 60% refund of the balance paid
3 weeks - 40% of the balance paid
2 weeks or less - no refund
